Who can buy
The Revenue Leak Audit is offered to operating ecommerce businesses and people buying the audit for business or professional purposes. By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the store and provide the material submitted for review.
If mandatory law treats you as a consumer despite the intended business use, the consumer rights described below and any stronger mandatory rights available to you still apply.
What the audit includes
The audit includes a short Loom teardown and a one page action list identifying the three revenue leaks Ventia would fix first, plus what Ventia would not change yet. The review may cover the store, offer, product page, email capture, abandoned cart, Amazon ads, or checkout where those areas can be observed from the public store or the material you provide.
The audit is a prioritised expert review, not a guarantee of increased revenue. Areas that cannot be observed or supported by the information provided may be marked as not assessed. No store, advertising, email, or payment account access is required.
The optional €750 implementation is a separate service offered only after delivery and approval. It is not included in either audit purchase.
Price and payment
The standard Revenue Leak Audit costs €97. The Priority Audit costs €297. These are fixed checkout totals. VAT is included where chargeable. Stripe calculates the applicable treatment from the billing country and any valid business tax ID provided at checkout. Eligible cross-border business purchases may be treated under reverse charge. The receipt or invoice records the tax treatment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Ventia does not receive or store your full card number.
Delivery and priority handling
Ventia delivers the Loom and action list within 24 calendar hours after confirmed payment and complete store details. The delivery clock starts only when the store URL, contact email, what the store sells, and its main channel have been received. If required details are missing, Ventia will ask for them and the clock will not start until they arrive.
Priority orders move to the front of the active audit queue. They receive the same audit scope and the same 24-hour maximum delivery time. Priority handling does not promise a separate shorter deadline.
Delivery is made to the email used at checkout. If Ventia cannot accept or complete the order, Ventia will refund it.
Useful finding guarantee and refunds
If I cannot find anything useful, you receive a full refund. Reply to the delivery email or write to hola@useventia.com. The guarantee is in addition to any mandatory legal rights.
If Ventia misses the 24-hour delivery commitment for reasons within Ventia's control, you may cancel for a full refund before accepting late delivery.
Cancellation and consumer withdrawal
A business customer may cancel for a full refund before Ventia starts work. After work starts, cancellation is handled under the useful finding guarantee and any mandatory rights that apply.
If you qualify as a consumer, you normally have 14 calendar days from the contract date to withdraw. Because this is a 24-hour service, by accepting these terms at checkout you expressly request that Ventia begin the service immediately, during that withdrawal period.
If you withdraw after work has started but before the service is complete, mandatory law may permit a charge proportionate to the work already performed. Once the service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory withdrawal right may end. This does not limit the useful finding guarantee.
To withdraw, email hola@useventia.com with the subject “Withdrawal” and state your name, checkout email, order date, and that you wish to withdraw from the Revenue Leak Audit contract. Ventia will acknowledge an electronic withdrawal request within 24 hours.
Your store details and screenshots
You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful information that you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, API keys, card data, customer personal data, health data, or other sensitive information. Redact customer and payment details from screenshots.
Delays caused by incomplete or inaccessible details extend the delivery clock until the required information is available.
Recommendations and responsibility
You decide whether to implement any recommendation. Ecommerce performance depends on pricing, traffic, product, market, operations, and other factors outside Ventia's control, so the audit does not promise a particular commercial result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventia's aggregate liability arising from an audit is limited to the amount paid for that audit. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Governing law, complaints, and changes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For business customers, the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected where they apply.
Send questions or complaints to hola@useventia.com. Consumers can also consult the European Commission's current list of recognised dispute resolution bodies.
The terms accepted at checkout apply to that order. Material changes apply only to later purchases. See the privacy notice for information about personal data and service providers.
